The Bright Street Property was an existing tenement apartment building converted to full floor condo units.  The existing unit consisted of a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout with small enclosed rooms.  We created an open concept plan and upgraded the existing bedrooms and bathroom to make this condo look like a modern and hip living space.

Our work at Sherman Place consisted of exterior renovation work on the front facade.  The existing facade looked very similar to the adjacent building to the right.  The porch was sagging and enclosed and needed to be repaired.  We worked with the clients to restore the facade to represent its historic nature.  We opened up the porch, replaced/restored all the trim and steps, as well as replaced the doors and windows.  

4TH STreet renovation and addition

This is a full gut renovation with a 2 story addition of a historic brownstone in downtown Jersey City for a wonderful family.  We worked with the clients to convert this 3 family row home into a single family row home with historic charm.  The project also included Historic Preservation and Restoration of the facaade.
